Glow IS a state of being. Thank you for bringing attention to this phenomena. I believe it begins as you open your eyes and say” today’s a great day to be alive!”

Holding that thought, your day slides into synchronicity. However, our day usually begins with something problematic to hop up and do. It’s not until we notice it outside ourselves we remember the choice is always there for us to choose❤️

First of all, Lesley, I LOVE this post! It is something I feel is very much a part of me (she says humbly, glowing at the same time!), but also not all the time. When I don't feel that way, I always notice it and do what works for me to shift to gears that glow. I think it has a LOT to do with how you treat other people. Calling your friends and the people you care for on a regular basis. I have gotten to the point where I actually feel it when it has been too long for a catch up! It also has a GREAT deal to do with doing the work you LOVE. That's definitely a glow-maker! I could go on, but now it is so bright in here I can hardly see to write here! Hahahahaha! Love, Lynne

Glow on! It's funny that many times I want to be unnoticed or invisible, but feel that I am always vibrating something. Go figure.

Just the other day I read about 'glimmer' and now glow! I think I need to pay attention. The idea of glimmer is that delicious feeling one has on occasion when you feel a warmth spread over your heart and your mind feels refreshed and you might even take a deep breath.....sigh!! Tingles or goosebumps. I wonder if enough glimmers add up to a glow?? At any rate, I've been paying attention to my glimmer moments and am so happy to say....they come more often than not. Glow little inch worm......

Perhaps glimmer is a stepping stone to glow, or glow's child. Who knows, who cares as long as we shine.

I love the idea that people who glow are angels among us. Thanks Lesley.

WOW. This was eye-opening and the kind of thing you have a feeling about, but perhaps have never examined it, or tried to describe it. Thank you very kindly for doing just that! You surely have shone a light on this, and I'm sure you glow!

Lesley - I think the quotes you put at the end of this post are truly inspiring and SO well chosen. And Lady Lesley, you can't write such articles if you have no idea what this is all about, so keep that glow on and we are here cheering you on, waiting for the next glowing nugget from you!

Lesley, you're always right on time. I have writings all around my studio with the phrase "Glow In The Dark" as I've been working on writing a song with the theme of "Shining your light, even when things seem really dark" and how living that way can inspire others out of their own darkness. I mulled it over again last night while working and contemplating life. Then I woke up this morning thinking of you and meeting for lunch, but perhaps later in the week when we can get our favorite pizza! Thanks for all your thoughts and being bold enough to share them. YOU SHINE.

I want to hear that music and the words once you have done it! I am sure I'm not the only one!
