Hi Lesley, thank you for posting your piece this week. I found it very interesting as always, your piece about vulnerability has helped me see that some of my thoughts aren't so very different but are quite normal. It is very interesting and helpful when you say "to live at the centre of the conversation I was meant for" & that "re-centering is all part of the dance of life" - thank you explaining things clearly and for me personally, 're-centering' means to re-evaluate/re-think what is important, things/interests that have a greater priority in my life, so thank you for helping with that! To have this gem of advice likened to 'the dance of life' makes the journey/process of 're-centering' (what makes one happy & is good for personal growth), seem a happy, positive & natural process. I did listen to the minute link from David Whyte, and he really is a deep thinker, I had to concentrate very hard to try and understand what he is explaining! With thanks & all best wishes from the UK, Cristina :)
Yes, thank you Lesley 🤗 so that we can grow and learn (even though I am not usually one for change! but I realize we have to evolve to grow in compassion and all positive ways, something very interesting also came up today - 'embracing everything', to be present in the moment/in the here and now, whether the 'good, the bad or the ugly' to enjoy the good and to try and strive to accept and improve a current situation that might be less than ideal. The two things have resonated with me today; 'recentering' & 'embracing' Sending all good wishes 🙏
I too live in that beautiful confusion. Lovely post. You always leave me with a little gift of new insight.
Thank you Margaret.

I’m so glad you found this helpful, Christina. Recentering appears to be something we can and should do throughout our lives, isn’t it?
