I never really saw alchemy in that eye my friend. always good to learn something new and to meet people who teach you things in different ways and you are one of those persons and it’s such a pleasure meeting you today.
I love this and I’m surely coming back for more and I’m definitely giving you a shout out on my latest issue so please look out for a tag. Much love ♥️
I always find it funny when someone says to me I’m not creative. We all create something! And that’s the alchemy. We create the life we love. We plant a garden. We select the clothes we wear and the foods that we enjoy. All of this is Creative. Being creative is not a club for a selective group. For me it’s a way of life.
This is a very rich post of thoughts I love to explore. Right now I have my entire (small) family here, peeps from both coasts. We rarely get to see each other. We've had a GREAT time. The youngest being 14 and the oldest 87. I had the fun of creating our doings - a scavenger hunt (that the 14 year old won and he's never been here or seen all these treasures!), a really complex puzzle laid out on a table for people to do as they pass by. (got it done! It is a Klimt painting), and meals for the 5 nights we have been together. I also arranged a photo shoot with a photgrapher frriend and praise god, the weather cooperated and produced what she calls the 'golden hour. I'm asking each family member to write a little blurb about their thoughts of their experience over these few precious days.
Something else I want to share is what I do when I can't think of another thing to write! I MAKE myself write just one more sentence and that leads me on. It's a bit of magic, I'd say.
Thank you Lesley. Another gem from you, full of magic!
Well it did feel quite magical I'll say. Now they want to do it again this summer! I'm sending them all a survey to see what they want to do again, etc.!

So glad to have you here, Ral. Welcome. It was probably our alchemy that connected us. 😉

Most definitely. We all have areas of creativity, tapped or untapped.

So great to be with the entire family! It sounds like you planned and executed a wonderful week. You're an alchemist!

Great idea!
Loved this—alchemy is my word for 2026.
Thanks, Crystal. 'Tis a wonderful, empowering word, isn't it?
